Contact form: we process the details you fill in yourself — name, optionally your postal code, phone number or e-mail address, the chosen service, your message and any attachments — solely to answer and follow up on your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in abuse prevention (including IP address for spam and rate limiting).

Origin of enquiries: when you submit the form we also process the first page through which you entered our website, the page from which you submitted the form, the referring website and any campaign parameters (such as UTM codes or advertising click IDs). We use this data solely to understand where enquiries come from; it is sent only together with your enquiry and kept for as long as the enquiry itself. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in evaluating our own services.

E-mail processing: requests and confirmations are processed as e-mail via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 12 months after the last communication; if a client relationship with invoicing arises, statutory accounting retention periods apply (up to 7 years).

Hosting and security: the site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting/CDN and Turnstile spam protection); technical logs are kept briefly.

Analytics and advertising: only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics/Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.). If you choose “Essential only”, these scripts are not loaded and your visit is not measured. Details are in the cookie policy; you can change your choice at any time via “Preferences” at the bottom of the page.

Transfers outside the EEA may occur with these providers on the basis of adequacy decisions or EU standard contractual clauses.
