Why Heliora
You don't get a collection of loose components, but a clear plan for what is necessary, what is optional and what falls outside the agreement. After the work you know what was changed and how your installation or system is used.
The quote distinguishes between necessary work, possible improvements and items not included in the assignment.
Circuits, network points and systems are tested, labelled and documented where relevant, so important knowledge doesn't live on only by word of mouth.
A renovation can take future smart-home plans, a stronger home network and electrical preparation for larger energy loads into account.
Heliora first advises what is technically necessary. Extra automation, protection or infrastructure is named as a choice or a project-dependent option.
The specialised installation of solar panels, heat pumps, home batteries and charge points may require a separate trade partner.
The exact deliverables depend on the assignment. Where relevant you receive not only the executed work, but also clear information to understand and maintain your installation later.
Photos, plans, inspection reports and the visible installation are used to scope the assignment correctly.
You see what is included, which choices are optional and which work has to be done by third parties.
Electrical circuits, network points or automations are checked according to the agreed scope and labelled where relevant.
Depending on the assignment, diagrams, plans, port lists, dashboards, backup information or a measurement report can be included.
How it works
1
Briefly describe what's going on. You don't have to make a technical diagnosis yourself and may simply say you don't know yet which service is needed.
2
Heliora assesses the available information, decides whether a site visit is needed and then draws up a written quote with clear boundaries.
3
After execution the agreed work is checked and you get an explanation of the changes, the controls and the relevant documentation.
Technical basis
Heliora uses technical knowledge to make better choices, not to bury the customer in jargon.
Protection, earthing, circuit layout and labelling are assessed according to the actual situation of the home.
AREI/RGIE · residual-current devices · breakers · earthing · diagrams
Lighting, sensors and other locally configured functions stay less dependent on the internet, external servers and separate apps.
Home Assistant · Zigbee-first · Wi-Fi where technically needed
Workstations, televisions, access points, cameras and local servers can get a wired connection where Wi-Fi alone is not enough.
CAT6 Ethernet · patch panel · PoE · testing and labelling
Sources are measured and explained in the chosen room before practical precautions are discussed.
Electrical and wireless measurement · source analysis · short report
No medical diagnosis, treatment or health promise.
Electrical inspection
Heliora prepares installations, carries out corrections and documents. The official inspection and re-inspection are done by a recognised inspection body.
Energy installations
Heliora can provide electrical preparation, circuits, capacity, monitoring and integration. The specialised installation of solar panels, heat pumps, home batteries or charge points may be done by a trade partner.
EMF services
The service consists of measurement, information and precaution-oriented technical choices. It does not replace a medical assessment.
Frequently asked questions
Send the report together with a few clear photos of the fuse box and the points mentioned. Heliora translates the findings into understandable work and determines what information or site visit is still needed. The official re-inspection is done by a recognised inspection body.
Not necessarily. Sometimes targeted corrections to the fuse box, protection, earthing, circuits or documentation are enough. A full rewire is only proposed when the condition or scale of the installation justifies it.
The price depends on the home, the existing installation, accessibility, choice of materials and desired functions. That is why Heliora works with a tailored quote. Necessary work, options and project-dependent parts are named separately.
Locally configured functions can keep working as long as the local installation and power supply are available. External access, notifications away from home and some third-party services do need the internet.
Heliora works from Leuven and focuses on Leuven, Kessel-Lo, Heverlee, Wilsele and surrounding municipalities in Flemish Brabant. Larger projects outside this region can be assessed separately.
