  • A safer, better-documented installation
  • A solid base for later renovation or smart home extension

AREI/RGIE corrections · RCDs · breakers · earthing · circuit layout

Does this fit your situation?

Older homes often struggle with outdated cabling, unclear circuits, missing earthing or labels, and inspection findings that are hard to make sense of as an owner. Without a clear plan, it stays uncertain what really has to happen and what can wait.

Owners of older houses or apartments, sellers and buyers dealing with an inspection, and renovation customers who need a practical, prioritised correction plan.

What changes for you?

  • Less uncertainty about inspection points and the order to tackle them
  • A safer, better-documented installation
  • A solid base for later renovation or smart home extension

What do we do?

Targeted corrections to protection, circuits, earthing, wiring and labelling can improve an older installation without automatically rewiring the whole home.

  • Analysis of the existing installation and visible installation points
  • Corrections to the fuse box, residual-current devices, circuit breakers and earthing
  • Limited cabling corrections and a clearer circuit layout
  • Circuit labels and basic documentation for the inspection
  • A prioritised correction plan when selling or after buying

What do you receive?

What depends on your home?

  • Work oriented on AREI/RGIE
  • Protection components chosen for the actual technical need
  • Heliora is not an inspection body; the official inspection is external
  • Preparation for the inspection is not an official approval

How you can prepare

  • Share the inspection report if you have one
  • Send photos of the fuse box and problem areas
  • Arrange access to the relevant rooms

What is not included or technically dependent?

  • The official inspection itself; that is done by a recognized inspection body
  • A full rewire of the home (a separate service)
  • Decorative finishing, unless separately agreed

What determines the price?

Heliora publishes no fixed prices: every renovation is scoped on the home and the existing installation. These are the factors that weigh most.

  • The number of circuits and connection points to be renewed or added
  • The state of the existing fuse box and whether it is kept, extended or replaced
  • How reachable the cable routes are: existing conduits, false ceilings, crawl space or new chases
  • The protection required: residual-current devices, earthing and surge protection
  • Finishing: who takes care of chasing, plastering and paintwork
  • Documentation: single-line diagram, position plan and labelling for the re-inspection

Send photos of the fuse box or your inspection report for a first scope estimate.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Is this the same as a full rewire?

No. This service is meant as limited renovation or correction of an existing installation. If the whole installation needs replacing, the full electrical rewire service is the right choice.

Can Heliora explain a failed inspection report?

Yes. Heliora translates the inspection points into plain language and into a practical correction plan, so you know what is urgent and what can wait.
