Electrics planned properly from the renovation onwards

Electrical planning and installation for renovated or newly built homes, coordinated with the wider building project.

  • A considered design instead of decisions made on the spot
  • An installation prepared for future extension, from EV charging to a home battery
  • Complete documentation for inspection, maintenance and a later sale

Circuit and load plan · cable routes · fuse box · coordination with other trades

Does this fit your situation?

Renovating or building means many decisions at once: where do sockets and lighting points go, how many circuits are needed, and how does the installation stay ready for a heat pump or EV charging that may only arrive later? Without careful planning, the answer afterwards is breaking open walls.

Building owners and renovation customers planning a completely new electrical installation who want it coordinated with their architect, contractor and other trades.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Does Heliora carry out the official inspection?

No. The official inspection is done by a recognized inspection body. Heliora designs, installs, tests and documents, and prepares the installation for that inspection with care.

Is the amount of work always the same?

No. Every home and every project is different. For each project, the quote states clearly what is included, optional or excluded.
